The living room is a calm, shared space with natural light and comfortable seating.
Ideal for reading, television, or conversation
Not used for parties or large gatherings
Evenings tend to be low-key
It's a space meant to help the house slow down.
Amenities include:
Electric fire place
Ample blankets and seating
A work station with a 30' curved monitor
A coat rack, a shoe rack, and a closet for both!
A kennel for Hansel to privately sleep in

There is a shared coat closet and limited shared storage.
Casa Signora works best when:
Belongings stay primarily in bedrooms
Shared areas remain visually calm
Storage is intentional, not overflow
This is the hallway between the living room, kitchen, main bathroom, and both bedrooms.
There is an additional door that leads to the Master's Suite, which is the basement, where Sean's bedroom is.
Note: laundry access will be through Sean's bedroom.

The main-floor bathroom is shared between the two rented rooms.
