Casa Signora is designed to be lived in, not tiptoed around. The shared spaces are where the house breathes - cooking, working, unwinding, and moving through the day with ease.
These areas are cared for collectively and used with consideration.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Modern stainless steel appliances
Generous counter space
Shared refrigerator and pantry space
Room for daily cooking, not just reheating
Everyone is expected to:
Clean as they go
Respect shared shelves
Keep surfaces clear after use
This is a kitchen for people who cook and clean.
The dining area serves multiple purposes:
Meals
Remote work
Writing, reading, or quiet conversation
It's a flexible, communal space that stays uncluttered so it can shift easily throughout the day.
The living room is a calm, shared space with natural light and comfortable seating.
Ideal for reading, television, or conversation
Not used for parties or large gatherings
Evenings tend to be low-key
It's a space meant to help the house slow down.
Amenities include:
Electric fire place
Ample blankets and seating
A work station with a 30' curved monitor
A coat rack, a shoe rack, and a closet for both!
A kennel for Hansel to privately sleep in
A large television
There is a shared coat closet and limited shared storage.
Casa Signora works best when:
Belongings stay primarily in bedrooms
Shared areas remain visually calm
Storage is intentional, not overflow
This is the hallway between the living room, kitchen, main bathroom, and both bedrooms.
There is an additional door that leads to the Master's Suite, which is the basement, where Sean's bedroom is.
Note: laundry access will be through Sean's bedroom.
The main-floor bathroom is shared between the two rented rooms.
Clean and updated
Treated with mutual respect
Regularly maintained by everyone who uses it
Simple expectation: leave it as you'd like to find it.
Casa Signora's shared spaces reflect the people who live here. When everyone approaches them with care, the house stays warm, easy, and supportive.
If you're someone who values that kind of shared living, you'll likely feel comfortable here.
There is nothing in the large, fenced in backyard at this moment.
But this will all change in the spring. Do you want to help?
Shared spaces stay functional because everyone contributes:
Clean as you go
Communicate if something needs attention
Respect others' routines and downtime
There are no chore charts - just adults sharing a home.
Casa Signora
A shared home built on simplicity, respect, and ease.
